A bit about the company:
You know that feeling when you return something online and the refund takes two weeks? Yeah, this company said "absolutely not" to that.
They've built a platform that processes e-commerce refunds in 6 seconds flat. The result? Happier customers, better retention, and brands that actually grow instead of bleeding revenue through clunky returns processes.
They've raised a Series A, they're based in London (HQ in Madrid), and they're expanding the sales team. If you've been waiting for the right moment to join something early where your effort actually matters, this is probably it.
What you'll actually be doing:
๐ Running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings with e-commerce brands
๐ Researching and identifying target accounts that fit the ideal customer profile
๐ค Qualifying inbound and outbound leads before handing them to the closing team
๐ Building and managing your own pipeline from scratch with real autonomy
๐ฌ Learning the product inside out so you can have genuine, consultative conversations with real decision-makers
๐งช Testing and iterating on messaging, cadences, and channels until you crack what works
Who this is for:
You've got 6 months to 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or something adjacent. You're not afraid of the phone, you can write a cold email that actually gets replies, and you bring energy and curiosity to every conversation.
You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You'd rather figure it out, ask smart questions, and get stuck in. You want to be somewhere where progression isn't just talked about, it's built into the plan.
The details:

This isn't a "sit at your desk and send templates" SDR role. It's a proper launchpad at a company where hustle actually gets rewarded and the ceiling is as high as you want to make it.
