Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit AI-generated video captions for accuracy, detail, and clarity.
  • Analyze short video clips from movies and TV shows to assess visual content.
  • Identify and describe shot types, camera movements, framing, and character actions using industry-standard cinematic terminology.
  • Provide detailed scene breakdowns, annotating continuity, spatial layout, and narrative flow.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality feedback to enhance AI scene recognition and understanding.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to communicate annotation standards and best practices.
  • Maintain meticulous written documentation of edits and feedback to support model improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven background in video editing, post-production, film, or related visual media.
  • In-depth knowledge of cinematic language, shot composition, and pacing principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling and keen attention to visual details.
  • English language proficiency at native or C2 level.
  • Ability to commit at least 30 hours per week during the project period (approx. 2–4 weeks, with potential for extension).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience annotating video or training AI/ML models in visual media contexts.
  • Familiarity with automated video analysis tools or AI-driven editing software.
  • Background in teaching, training, or providing structured feedback in creative fields.
