Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital IC Verification Lead to own verification strategy and sign-off for advanced digital IC products. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor and guide a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital IC verification activities through tape-out and sign-off.
  • Develop and enhance Python-based verification environments (non-UVM).
  • Ensure high-quality, production-ready IC designs.
  • Support verification across IC (silicon) and FPGA (emulation) platforms.
  • Own verification coverage, lint, and quality sign-off processes.
  • Maintain and improve automated test systems, ensuring timely issue triage.
  • Contribute to RTL development and architectural work where appropriate.
  • Provide line management and mentor junior engineers.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years' hands-on digital IC verification experience.
  • Strong Python verification expertise (essential).
  • SystemVerilog (SV) experience — not VHDL.
  • Proven verification sign-off experience for digital ICs.
  • Experience improving verification methodologies and processes.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
