Lead – Analytics Support & Client Profitability (Banking)
A global financial services organisation is seeking a senior analytics leader to head up a frontline support team for a flagship client profitability platform used across corporate and commercial banking.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of data, finance, and business—supporting relationship managers and senior stakeholders with insight into client performance, return metrics, and portfolio optimisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a specialist analytics support team delivering against SLAs in a fast-paced environment
- Act as the key interface between business, finance, and technology teams to resolve complex data and reporting queries
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, automation, and data quality
- Own stakeholder engagement across global teams, influencing decision-making and prioritisation
- Partner with IT and product teams to enhance platform capability and user experience
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in banking analytics, finance, or data-led roles
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, profitability models, and client analytics
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Technical exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, or similar
- Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance awareness
