A world-leading creative studio specialising in live entertainment, immersive experiences, touring productions and large-scale visual content is seeking a Media Software Technician to support its creative and technical teams across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This role sits across content production, media technology and pipeline management, ensuring creative teams have the infrastructure and technical support required to deliver complex, high-profile projects to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Manager in maintaining and optimising the studio's production technology infrastructure.
  • Manage DCC software deployment, licensing and workstation performance across the studio.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain render farm operations and rendering workflows.
  • Coordinate technical deliverables and media outputs across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Work closely with artists, designers and creative teams to resolve technical challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all content deliveries meet required technical specifications and client requirements.
  • Identify potential technical risks and implement proactive solutions throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support media management, data transfers and content organisation across large-scale productions.

About You

  • Experience supporting creative production environments within VFX, motion graphics, live events, immersive media, entertainment or digital content production.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in approach.
