Your Key Responsibilities: As an Index Product Intern, you will work on a specific, meaningful project related to our Index product line. When assigning projects, we will consider interns' background/studies as well as current business needs, which may include: Analyzing the investment landscape and trends of a particular asset class, exposure, or region, to inform our strategy Market research and competitive intelligence-related projects Monitoring and effectively communicating the progress of a strategic initiative, including as relates to client feedback Scenario and sensitivity analysis modeling to inform our pricing strategy Help with the design and development of a new client solution. Your skills and experience that will help you excel:

Undergraduate degree (completed or in progress), in a relevant subject, e.g., economics, finance, financial engineering, mathematics. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Highly driven work ethic, deep attention to detail and good team player Strong analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex issues. Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence We look for more than just excellent academic achievements.
