£65-70,000 (Double OTE) plus outstanding benefits

N8 are exclusively partnering with a rapidly scaling... but market-leading technology business, operating at the forefront of PropTech selling into the housing and accommodation sector.

We’re looking for a commercially astute Account Executive, with a stable working history , to take ownership of a defined territory, drive new business, and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the property technology ecosystem.

For this role we need a candidate with history & experience of selling into accommodation or housing.

This is a full-cycle, net new and wallet share sales role for someone who understands how to create pipeline, run complex processes, and close meaningful enterprise deals at the top level. It would be ideal if the chosen candidate has experience of driving brand new, and existing business development.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Executing full sales cycles end-to-end – from lead generation and discovery through to negotiation and close
  • Developing strong value propositions tailored to PropTech clients and stakeholders
  • Building and managing a healthy, qualified pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Engaging C-suite and executive-level decision-makers in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Managing RFP processes and complex commercial negotiations
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking within CRM
  • Representing the business at relevant industry and marketing events

This is a role for someone who is proactive, structured, and comfortable operating at executive level.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ successful experience in SaaS or technology sales, with at least 1 year selling into housing or accommodation
  • Proven experience running full sales cycles independently
  • Experience of running demos with prospects and customers alike
  • Strong understanding of pricing, positioning, and solution-led selling
  • Confident presenter, able to demonstrate complex software solutions
  • Disciplined CRM usage and forecasting accuracy
  • Commercially driven, target-oriented mindset

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is advantageous.
