Account Executive - SaaS scale-up

London - Central - 1 day per week (4 days remote)

£65-£70k base, double OTE (£120-140K+)

We're exclusively partnering with a highly ambitious SaaS scale-up which has just received a significant round of funding. This business is now on a mission to rapidly grow its commercial team, and we're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join them, as they scale.

This isn't a typical corporate sales role. They have a dynamic, non-corporate culture and a real scale-up and agile mentality. They are looking for a true 360-degree AE who can drive their own success. While they have an outsourced SDR function to help with some inbound leads, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with self-lead generation and end-to-end deal ownership.

The opportunity:

  • Becoming a key player: You'll be joining at a crucial time in the company's growth journey within a small but extremely targeted sales function
  • Take ownership: This is a fully autonomous role where you'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Focus on value: Our client sells a solution that directly impacts how businesses manage their most valuable asset—their people. You'll be selling into a target market of businesses with an active HR, personnel, or people function .

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience: A track record of success as an Account Executive within a fast-paced SaaS or solutions tech environment.
  • Mid-Market specialist: Experience closing deals in the mid-market space, with a history of closing deals valued at £30k plus.
  • HR domain knowledge: Ideally, you'll have experience selling into HR Directors or similar People Leadership roles... but this isn't something entirely essential.
  • A self-starter: You must be a 360-degree sales professional who thrives on generating and closing their own pipeline, but equally someone collaborative and wanting to be part of something with a very strong 'team culture'.
  • Target and revenue driven: You must be hungry for success and keen to achieve and exceed targets and outlined figures.
