About the Role

  • Own the top of the funnel, driving outbound prospecting and building a pipeline of high value enterprise opportunities (six figures)
  • Engage senior stakeholders across both public and private sector organisations, including Directors, Transformation Leaders, and C-suite executives.
  • Introduce a complex SaaS platform in a compelling, consultative way that aligns with each prospect’s strategic goals and challenges.
  • Qualify and book high quality meetings that convert into six-figure enterprise deals for the senior sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and market approach.
  • Leverage an advanced AI driven sales tech stack to personalise outreach, improve efficiency, and maximise performance.

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and building pipeline through outbound activity.
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with Directors and C-level executives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personalised and consultative outreach approach.
  • Familiar with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, data platforms) and comfortable working in a tech-enabled sales environment.
  • Highly driven, resilient, and coachable, with a genuine desire to build a long term career in SaaS sales.

The Package

  • Base salary of £35,000 with £50,000 OTE (uncapped with accelerators).
