About the Role:
This is the first Channel Manager hire in the UK, working closely with the Head of Channel to grow and scale the partner function.
The role combines partner development, sales enablement, and strategic account growth, with a focus on turning partner interest into consistent revenue. You’ll manage existing relationships, build new ones, and help create a more structured, scalable channel motion in a fast-growing cybersecurity business.
The Company
A fast-growing, recently funded, venture-backed cybersecurity business at Series A stage, with around 30 employees and plans to scale significantly over the coming period.
The company has built a security platform designed to help organisations improve visibility, reduce risk, and strengthen their overall security posture. It offers the chance to join at an early stage, in a business with strong growth ambitions, a collaborative culture, and plenty of room to make an impact.

To be successful you’ll need to have...
- 3+ years’ experience in channel sales, partner management, or partner business development
- Strong track record working with UK VARs/resellers
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Drive and hunger for success!
