You’ll also play an important role internally: mentoring more junior designers, helping to elevate the quality of the work, and contributing to the agency's broader direction.

  • Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working alongside developers, strategists, and account teams
  • Experience with enterprise ecommerce or CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) would also be a real advantage.

  • The chance to work on high-quality projects for well-known consumer and retail brands
  • A collaborative agency environment that values ideas, craft, and ambition
