About the Company
A design-led creative marketing agency is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join its collaborative studio in the heart of Warwickshire.
The agency partners with ambitious brands to deliver thoughtful brand identities, high-performing websites, and creative marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. With a strong emphasis on design quality and collaboration, the team works closely across disciplines to create digital experiences that are both visually refined and technically robust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who already feels confident building websites independently but is eager to further refine their craft within a creative agency environment.
Description
You will play a key role in bringing digital projects to life, building and maintaining high-quality websites across a range of client projects.
While Webflow forms a significant part of the agency’s workflow, this role is fundamentally a front-end development position. The successful candidate will be comfortable writing clean, maintainable code and implementing functionality beyond visual tools.
Working closely with designers and the wider creative team, you will translate Figma designs, wireframes, and brand systems into polished, responsive digital experiences.
Your work will include:
- Building high-quality, responsive websites in Webflow from Figma designs
- Delivering bespoke digital builds using clean, semantic HTML, well-structured CSS, and modern JavaScript
- Writing custom code to implement functionality, integrations, and interactive components
- Structuring, populating, and managing scalable CMS collections
- Ensuring websites are optimised for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Integrating third-party tools, APIs, and custom scripts where required
- Maintaining, refining, and improving existing projects
- Managing CMS data population and structured content entry
- Building and testing responsive HTML email campaigns
Some projects will involve a strong level of creative collaboration, while others will focus on optimisation, structure, and implementation. Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work across both is essential.
