We're working with a leading insurance organisation embarking on a major digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver a brand-new direct-to-consumer insurance platform.

This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership across technology delivery, working at the centre of a complex ecosystem that includes customer-facing platforms, pricing engines, policy administration systems, payments and data services.

The Opportunity

You'll act as the technology delivery lead across a large-scale transformation programme, coordinating internal teams, external vendors and delivery partners to ensure all moving parts come together successfully.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving delivery, challenging technical decisions, managing dependencies and keeping complex programmes moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end technology delivery from design through to go-live
• Coordinating multiple systems, vendors and delivery partners
• Driving integration across customer platforms, pricing engines, policy administration systems and payment providers
• Working closely with architecture, engineering and data teams to ensure successful delivery
• Managing risks, dependencies and programme governance
• Leading testing, release planning and operational readiness activities
• Supporting go-live and early-life production stabilisation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology delivery programmes
• Strong background in system integrations and API-driven environments
• Experience working across customer-facing digital platforms
• Ability to engage with architects, engineers, vendors and senior business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of end-to-end technology delivery, testing and release processes
• Experience working within regulated environments

Nice to Have

• Insurance or financial services experience
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern integration architectures
• Experience working across payments, policy administration or data platforms
