Technical Service Delivery Lead

We’re now looking for a Technical Service Delivery Lead to help us do that well.
This role is about supporting the performance, development, and experience of our consultants once they are placed with clients. You’ll work closely with both consultants and client stakeholders to make sure delivery is strong, relationships are trusted, and people are set up to succeed. It’s a hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of people, technology, and service delivery.

You will play a key part in helping talented people build confidence, grow in their careers, and thrive in professional tech environments, often at important turning points in their lives. That might include early-career talent, but it could also include career changers and others who have taken a non-traditional route into tech and just need the right support, challenge, and opportunity to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who is not only credible in delivery environments, but who genuinely cares about people, potential, and access. Someone who understands that great service delivery is not just about process and performance, it is also about creating the conditions for people to grow, contribute, and build lasting careers.
In this role, you will :
- Manage the full consultant lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Oversee consultant delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring quality, professionalism, and engagement
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted delivery partner
- Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and service reviews
- Identify and manage delivery risks, performance issues, or engagement concerns proactively
- Coach and support consultants working in modern technology environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to support retention, deployment, and account growth
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in service delivery, consulting, or customer success environments
- Strong understanding of technology delivery (e.g. software engineering, cloud, data)
- Ability to engage and influence both technical consultants and client stakeholders
- Experience coaching or managing technical professionals
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
This could suit someone from a service delivery, tech consulting, managed services, customer success, or workforce solutions background. It could also suit someone who has taken a less traditional path themselves. For example, a career changer with a strong interest in technology, experience supporting people or clients, and the credibility to operate confidently in technical delivery environments.
