Numi are currently partnered with a fast-growing technology company, to hire an Engineering Lead. This person will work closely with the CTO to scale the engineering organisation, improve delivery processes, and guide a talented team as the business expands.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role with strong influence over both technical direction and team growth. You'll shape architecture, refine workflows, and ensure engineering quality and speed remain high as the platform scales.

The company operates in a data-rich environment, using modern cloud infrastructure and a mix of Python, Go, and Flutter across its systems. You'll work with teams building scalable, event-driven applications and AI-powered products used by thousands of end users.
