Product Designer - B2B SaaS - London (Hybrid or remote) - £50-60k + Benefits

Want to design products that help businesses navigate complex, high-stakes environments?

We're looking to hire a Product Designer to join a fast-growing and early stage B2B SaaS company. You'll be joining to shape the next generation of tools for a highly regulated industry. You’ll be working end-to-end on features that turn complex workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences—making it easier for customers to work smarter, faster, and with confidence.

What you’ll be doing…

• Designing features from discovery through to delivery—wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Running user interviews and usability testing to uncover needs and validate solutions.
• Mapping user journeys to simplify complex processes.
• Contributing to and maintaining the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

What we’re looking for…

• 2–4 years’ experience as a product or UX/UI designer, ideally in SaaS or B2B products.
• Strong Figma skills and confidence working with design systems.
• Experience in user research and translating insights into actionable design.
• Curiosity and adaptability—comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up environment.
• Bonus: Experience designing for regulated industries or data-heavy products.
