Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity

Founded by an experienced team with a history of scaling companies globally, the business is supported by leading SaaS and climate-focused investors. The mission is to drive meaningful impact through technology and contribute to long-term environmental outcomes.

As the first Product Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with a small, highly technical engineering team. The company is in an early but high-momentum stage, with initial funding secured, a large volume of integrated data sources, and an active customer base.

The product vision is split into two phases:

Phase 1: Deliver a data-driven insights platform that simplifies complex information for users.

Phase 2: Build foundational infrastructure to support broader market functionality.

The majority of your focus will be on executing Phase 1, while contributing strategically to future development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and define high-impact use cases through direct engagement with global customers.
  • Translate complex datasets into intuitive, user-focused products.
  • Consolidate fragmented customer feedback into clear product direction.
  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap in a fast-moving environment.
  • Drive execution with a bias toward shipping and iteration over heavy process.
  • Bridge technical capabilities with commercial value, proactively proposing solutions.
  • Define and track success metrics aligned with product engagement and behavioural impact.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, maintaining alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-intensive environments.
  • Experience building products from scratch or launching new initiatives in early-stage companies.
  • Strong bias toward action, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on technically complex products.
  • Excellent customer discovery and synthesis skills, turning diverse inputs into clear direction.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some in-person collaboration required.

Team & Culture

  • Small, high-performing team with a strong engineering focus.
  • High-trust, low-bureaucracy culture with significant autonomy.
  • Emphasis on ownership, transparency, and alignment with company goals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with early-stage equity.
  • Hybrid working setup with access to office facilities.
  • Standard benefits including holiday allowance, pension, and professional development support.

Preferred Background

  • Interest or experience in sustainability or climate-related sectors.
  • Experience in environments that emphasise structured thinking and problem-solving.

Why Join?

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth startup at a pivotal stage of its journey. You’ll play a central role in shaping both the product and the company, within a culture that values clarity, speed, and meaningful impact over unnecessary process.

  • Meaningful Ownership: Take on a highly autonomous role as an early Product Manager, with direct influence over product direction and company outcomes.
  • Equity Upside: Benefit from a significant early-stage equity grant, aligned with your long-term impact and contribution.
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid setup with the option to work internationally for part of the year.
  • High-Trust Environment: Operate within a small, fast-moving team that prioritises execution, transparency, and accountability.
  • Wellbeing Support: Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, pension contributions, and income protection.
  • Long-Term Growth: Opportunities for personal and professional development, including dedicated learning support and sabbatical options over time.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with founders and engineers in a modern, energetic office environment, while maintaining flexibility.

We believe great product leaders come from all walks of life. We are looking for passion, curiosity, and the ability to learn - not just a checklist of past industries. If you’re excited about this mission but don’t feel you meet every single point listed, we’d still love to have a conversation with you.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
