You’ll operate in high-value markets (AI, Data, Tech), working directly with founders, CTOs, CISO's, and senior leadership teams.
You’ll run your desk like a business.
- Win and develop clients in your vertical
- Build meaningful candidate communities
- Advise hiring leaders with credibility
- Close well-matched, commercially strong deals

This role is for someone who:
- Has a strong billing track record in tech recruitment
- Knows how to win trust-based, retained or exclusive work
- Enjoys closing, and does it well
- Cares about reputation as much as revenue
- Wants influence, not just commission
We’re building towards a 15–20 person elite recruitment company, not a 100 person machine.
