The Opportunity

We are searching for a "Big title, small ego" product craftsperson to join a high-performance, incubated venture team currently operating in "tented" stealth mode. Backed by a global financial leader, this team is bypassing traditional bureaucracy to build at startup speed on a next-generation cloud infrastructure.

They're building a comprehensive B2B "Bank-in-a-Box" platform that will empower massive financial institutions to launch global capabilities at scale. This is a rare, greenfield opportunity offering the autonomy of a founder with the global impact of a Tier-1 firm.

The Mission

We aren't looking for a traditional fraud analyst to define behaviour patterns. We are looking for a system builder. As an Executive Director, you will act as a senior individual contributor owning the evolution of a real-time decisioning system. Your job is to architect the core platforms, rules engines, and machine learning models that the experts will eventually use.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 0-1 Delivery: Lead the strategy for a greenfield, AI-centric decisioning platform from initial concept to a hardened, global state.
• Architecting the "brain": Build real-time systems that detect, enrich, and action events at a systemic level.
• Hands-on Craft: This is a senior operator role. You’ll be in the weeds with elite engineering teams, defining APIs and architecting data platforms.
• Clarity of Thought: They value written commentary as a proxy for thought. You will communicate complex product logic through exceptionally clear and concise documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-to-1 B2B DNA: Extensive, recent experience successfully shipping complex B2B products or infrastructure-heavy platforms from scratch.
• Technical Depth: Proven experience building the underlying data infrastructure or ML model platforms required for real-time risk.
• The Operator Archetype: A first-principles thinker who can break down complex forensic problems with imagination and technical clarity.
• Seniority Without the Bureaucracy: You have the seniority of an ED/VP but prefer the craft of product execution over managing large reporting lines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Base: Up to £180,000 base salary + benefits
• Location: London, UK (Incubated Accelerator).
• Work Model: 5 days a week on-site. (Operating as an incubated, co-located accelerator to bypass traditional corporate red tape and maintain startup speed).
