As an AI Engineer, you will help shape the agentic intelligence layer that powers their products - systems that reason, remember, and act safely in the real world. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of a technically ambitious team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain LLM agents and agentic workflows end-to-end
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and grounding strategies
- Develop multi-step planning, tool use, and execution flows
- Implement approaches to reduce hallucinations and unsafe model behaviour
- Partner with product, backend, and QA teams to ship production-grade agent capabilities
- Iterate continuously based on real-world usage, feedback, and outcomes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or software engineering
- Concrete, hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs and agentic frameworks in production
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance innovation with safety and correctness
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines
