Senior Product Designer (SaaS & Agentic AI) - Relocation to Dubai

About the Role (relocation to Dubai required)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions for our SaaS platform and next-generation AI agentic workflows . You’ll work at the intersection of AI, UX, and business productivity , crafting user experiences that make complex, autonomous AI-powered processes transparent, trustworthy, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for SaaS features and AI-driven agentic flows, from concept to polished execution.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, usable, and delightful interactions for diverse user personas.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI Research to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, interaction models, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Establish and evolve design systems that scale across agentic workflows and SaaS modules.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration to validate design decisions.
• Advocate for the user experience while balancing technical and business needs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a world-class design culture .

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products .
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered tools .
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience designing for data-heavy, dynamic, or agent-based systems .
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar), prototyping tools, and design systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Ability to distill complexity into simple, intuitive experiences .

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents, automation flows, or LLM-driven products .
• Background in motion/interaction design for communicating system intelligence.
• Familiarity with prompt design, conversational UX, or multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design for enterprise-scale applications.
