As pltfrm embarks on an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an Associate to join us in either London or Zürich. If you are curious about technology, passionate about talent and obsessive about client service, you sound like you could be one of us.
The role is broad one, touching every aspect of the Executive Search process. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth research using a variety of techniques on companies, industries, and executives
- Sourcing and managing large amounts of data
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates using various methodologies
- Preparing research reports, summaries, and presentations
- Contributing to and presenting in, client meetings regularly
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with candidates and sources

Requirements
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assimilate and use data effectively
- Strong EQ with the ability to foster meaningful long-term relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter, highly-motivated and detail-focused
