We are looking to bring in a hands-on Lean Six Sigma Consultant to support a series of process improvement initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be working closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
📍 Location: One of these locations as suits - Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

What you’ll do
- Leading DMAIC-based improvement activity across key processes
- Facilitating workshops and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
- Mapping current and future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Identifying waste and inefficiencies across operations
- Using data to produce insight-driven recommendations
- Supporting implementation of improvements and tracking outcomes
- Establishing measures and controls to ensure sustainability of change
What to bring
- Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement roles
- Green Belt (minimum) or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrable delivery of DMAIC projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical capability (Excel as a minimum; Power BI or Minitab desirable)
- Experience in process mapping and operational improvement
- Confident facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a contract environment and deliver at pace
