We're working with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s transforming how businesses operate through cutting-edge technology—and they’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join their ambitious team.

Whether you're a recent graduate eager to launch your career, or you’ve already gained a year or two of commercial experience, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that truly invests in its people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities across target sectors
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
• Supporting the sales team in developing proposals and presentations
• Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and outreach strategies
• Learning the ins and outs of SaaS and progressing toward a full sales role

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and eager to learn, with a proactive mindset
• Ideally a degree or 1–2 years’ commercial experience
• Comfortable using CRM tools and happy working in a target-driven environment
• Based within commuting distance of either Leeds or Buckinghamshire—this is a hybrid role with 2–3 days a week in the office
