Youll lead the synergy between three core verticals: e-Commerce, CRM, and mobile app management while playing a pivotal role in shaping the brands global online presence.

About the Role

As Head of e-Commerce, youll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online strategy to increase revenue, brand visibility, and customer engagement. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Brand Marketing, youll lead initiatives across web, CRM, and app ecosystems - driving digital excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate strategic planning and budgetary control for all e-Commerce marketing activity.
  • Lead the global online and traffic acquisition strategy across CRM, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
  • Own the e-Commerce roadmap and manage website performance, usability, and conversion.
  • Analyse ROAS, optimise budgets, and ensure KPIs for traffic and revenue are met.
  • Oversee content, design, and engagement strategies across digital platforms.
  • Drive CRM strategy and database growth, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Manage third-party technology and service providers.
  • Deliver data-driven insights, analytics, and performance reports to support ongoing growth.
  • Champion innovative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive direct bookings.

What Youll Bring

  • A proven track record as a Senior e-Commerce Manager or Head of e-Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and analytics, including hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience in CRM management and building retention/re-engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile app development (for managing external agencies and cost assessment).
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing third-party technology and service providers.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU/UK.
