Project Coordinator

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a proactive Project Coordinator to deliver smooth, high-quality implementations of their Cloud SaaS platform.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality project delivery, and an outstanding client experience from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation, as well as teams across Sales and Service Delivery, making a real impact on how we support our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end customer implementations
  • Run client meetings and gather system requirements
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and project documentation
  • Keep communication flowing between customers and internal teams
  • Identify risks early and keep projects on track
  • Support customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • Keep systems (Jira, SharePoint, trackers) accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Confident leading meetings and capturing requirements
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

Bonus if you have:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • SaaS / IT / compliance experience
  • Jira or project governance experience
