• Review, draft & negotiate supplier / tech contracts (incl. SaaS)
• Ensure alignment with firm policies & ISO standards
• Support supplier onboarding & due diligence (data & security)
• Advise on third-party risk and adoption of new tech (inc. AI tools)
• Monitor legal/regulatory changes & implement updates
• Deliver training & awareness on supplier risk / data protection
• Prepare internal reports & support audits

About you: Qualified Lawyer (or strong in-house / law firm background)?? Experience with technology, SaaS, or data protection contracts? Excellent communicator, confident working cross-functionally?
