This newly created position offers the chance to work across the firm, driving operational excellence, improving processes and supporting the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives. Working closely with Partners, senior leaders, department heads and business support teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the firm by delivering practical, technology-enabled improvements that enhance both the colleague and client experience.The Role As Continuous Improvement Lead, you will:
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational change projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
  • Review existing business processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline and improve efficiency across legal and business support functions.
  • Partner with teams throughout the firm to understand challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Champion innovation and help colleagues maximise the use of existing and emerging technologies.
  • Work alongside the ICT team to evaluate new systems, support testing and assist with successful implementation.
  • Improve the collection, analysis and reporting of operational data to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure improvements are commercially focused, sustainable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, encouraging engagement and successful adoption of change.
