MAIN DUTIES Administrator
- To provide administrative support for programmes, fundraising and income generation
- To deliver day-to-day administration, financial administration and reporting
- To use I Want Finance and Agresso effectively for procurement, financial management and reporting
- To support the monitoring and reporting on The Atkinsons financial performance
- To carry out financial monitoring and cash handling systems in accordance with the Authoritys procedures.
- To maintain records of income and expenditure and undertake any banking required.
- To support administration relating to venue hire, including corporate hire, and other areas of activity as required
- To undertake financial administration in relation to donations, grants, income generation and expenditure by The Atkinson Development Trust
- To ensure ongoing administrative support is delivered during sickness and annual leave.
- To undertake administrative and clerical tasks using a computer, telephone or other office equipment when required.
- To maintain cash handling and payment systems for any monies received during the operation of The Atkinson in line with the Authoritys regulations and procedures.
- To be an imprest holder for The Atkinsons petty cash float, ensuring receipts are received, processed and reimbursed, in line with the Authoritys regulations and procedures.
- To maintain the backing up any computerised system as necessary
- To input data for management of usage and billing of utilities
Qualifications Administrator
- A good standard of general education
- Computer qualification e.g. ECDL, CLAIT
Experience Administrator
- Office administration, providing support using standard office IT systems and software
- Financial management and cash handling
- Balancing conflicting demands and working to deadlines with limited resource
- Developing business performance and service improvement
- Managing change for self and others
