Senior AI Solutions Specialist – Microsoft Copilot

My client is building a dedicated Microsoft Copilot and AI capability team and are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Specialist to play a key role in shaping how organisations adopt Microsoft’s next generation of AI technologies.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who lives and breathes Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem and enjoys helping organisations move from experimentation to real business transformation.

You will work directly with customers to identify high-value Copilot use cases, design compelling demonstrations, and lead proof-of-value engagements that show how AI can deliver measurable productivity and business impact.

Beyond individual engagements, you will help shape the organisation’s Copilot proposition, services and market presence, working closely with Microsoft and representing the business at events, webinars and industry forums.

This is a remote position with the requirement to travel UK wide.

The Role:

• Lead Copilot discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover high-value AI opportunities
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations across Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform
• Create and run Copilot proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate tangible ROI
• Advise customers on Copilot adoption, governance, security and organisational readiness
• Translate complex business challenges into practical Microsoft AI solutions
• Deliver paid advisory engagements including Copilot strategy, training and implementation planning
• Support proposals, tenders and Statements of Work for AI and Copilot engagements
• Work closely with Microsoft stakeholders on Copilot initiatives and joint go-to-market activity
• Represent the organisation as a Copilot thought leader at events, webinars and customer showcases
• Contribute to thought leadership, content and market positioning around Microsoft AI

The Candidate:

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure AI services
• Background in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or advisory roles
• Proven ability to run workshops and deliver high-impact demos to a wide audience
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and challenging thinking around AI adoption
• Confident presenting in high-profile customer environments, events or webinars
• Commercial awareness and the ability to turn AI conversations into real opportunities
• Passion for AI innovation and the future of work powered by Copilot
