Lead Product Designer

A rapidly scaling, venture-backed technology business is searching for a Lead Product Designer to join its growing team. Their B2B platform is transforming the way e-commerce businesses manage inventory and demand planning, driving efficiency and precision for a global customer base.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £85k + Share Options

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be the dedicated designer within a squad of product and engineering experts, shaping the product roadmap, leading end-to-end design, and raising the bar for design craft across the business.

Working in close partnership with the Head of Product Design, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy but also enjoys influencing and mentoring within a growing design function.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full design process: research, discovery, ideation, prototyping and UI delivery.
• Collaborating with product and engineering leads to define priorities and shape the roadmap.
• Translating complex B2B workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Facilitating workshops and design reviews with stakeholders and end-users.
• Contributing to and evolving the design system and broader design practices.
• Informally mentoring mid-level designers, helping to lift the overall standard of craft.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Lead Product Designer (or senior equivalent) within B2B SaaS or platform environments.
• End-to-end design capability across research, UX strategy, interaction and visual design.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong collaborator with product managers and engineers, able to deliver high-impact features.
• Skilled in facilitation and confident communicating design rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience in start-up or high-growth settings would be a strong advantage.
