Product Manager

A leading HR technology provider is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a background in B2B SaaS and regulated industries to help shape the next generation of its core platform.

Salary: £80,000

Location: Manchester (remote-first with monthly office visits – travel and accommodation fully expensed)

Following the acquisition of an innovative software product, the business is making significant investment in a brand-new platform that will replace its legacy solution and support the next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a newly formed product team working on a greenfield platform, focused on delivering innovative capabilities, creating an outstanding customer experience and supporting ambitious commercial growth.

Product teams operate in cross-functional pods made up of a Product Manager, Product Owner and Engineers, with Design supporting across multiple teams. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving and focused on building modern, scalable SaaS products without the constraints of legacy development.

The successful Product Manager will:

  • Own and evolve the 12–18-month product roadmap.
  • Define feature priorities and identify opportunities to enhance the platform.
  • Work closely with engineering, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
  • Support customers transitioning from legacy platforms to the new solution.
  • Ensure product development aligns with the requirements of a regulated industry.
  • Use customer insight, market research and product metrics to inform decisions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to help drive customer acquisition and platform adoption.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience delivering products in a regulated industry.
  • A strong track record of owning product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
  • A data-driven approach to product management, using metrics and customer feedback to guide priorities and measure success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the development of a strategic, business-critical platform within an established technology organisation that is investing heavily in its product function.

If you're looking to make a tangible impact on a modern SaaS platform and enjoy solving complex product challenges in a regulated environment, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
