Product Marketing Manager

An established international technology company is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to become the crucial link between Product, Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners and Customers.

This is not a traditional campaign marketing role.

We're looking for someone who can take highly technical products and transform them into compelling market-facing stories, positioning frameworks and value propositions that help customers understand why the solutions matter.

You will become the voice of product to market, translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, enabling Sales, Marketing and Partners to communicate consistently and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Commercial teams, bringing clarity to complexity and helping organisations tell better stories.

As Product Marketing Manager, you'll help define how the organisation is positioned in the market, establish messaging frameworks that resonate with customers and partners, and create the foundation for future go-to-market success.

What You'l l Be Doing

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own and evolve messaging and positioning across a portfolio of complex technology solutions.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks, product narratives and market-facing content.
  • Create sector-specific messaging aligned to target customer needs and market challenges.
  • Ensure consistent messaging is deployed across Sales, Marketing, Product and Channel Partner activities.

Product-to-Market Leadership

  • Act as the voice of product to market across the organisation.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and technical stakeholders to understand roadmaps, priorities and upcoming launches.
  • Translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging and content.
  • Build processes that improve visibility, planning and collaboration between Product, Marketing and Sales.
  • Help establish and scale a best-practice Product Marketing function.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define and support go-to-market strategies for product launches and major initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful market introductions.
  • Develop launch messaging, positioning and enablement materials.
  • Support launch planning, content creation and stakeholder alignment.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Drive the creation of high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, customer success stories, sales collateral, partner content, thought leadership materials.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver launch and campaign assets.
  • Support the development of a scalable content engine aligned to business priorities.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Equip Sales and Channel Partners with messaging, positioning and supporting materials.
  • Develop presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, solution guides and objection-handling resources.
  • Support onboarding and training activities to ensure strong product understanding.
  • Gather feedback from customer-facing teams and continuously refine messaging and content.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Gather and interpret market, customer and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and voice-of-customer research.
  • Develop buyer personas and market segmentation strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, technology developments and regulatory changes to inform positioning.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Several years of Product Marketing experience within a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven experience owning or shaping product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience acting as the bridge between Product, Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-focused value propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple business functions.
  • Experience creating content such as whitepapers, thought leadership, sales enablement materials and product messaging frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with technical products and technical stakeholders.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within hardware technology, industrial technology, telecommunications, electronics, infrastructure, defence, public safety, health technology, industrial automation or similarly complex B2B technology sectors.
  • Experience marketing products used in operationally critical or safety-critical environments.
  • Experience building or maturing Product Marketing functions and processes.
  • Experience working within medium-sized or scaling technology businesses.

Nice to Have

  • Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering or related technical degree.
  • Experience within mission-critical communications.
  • Experience with connected devices, hardware products or technical B2B solutions.

Additional Information
