We're working with a fast-growing digital health business looking for a Senior Product Designer to support a major international expansion.

\n

\n

You'll be taking an established acquisition experience and adapting it for a new market. This goes well beyond localisation - you'll need to understand where customer journeys, market requirements and regulatory constraints differ, and translate those into a simple, effective product experience.

\n

\n

What we're looking for

\n

    \n
  • Strong senior-level, end-to-end Product Design experience.
  • \n

  • Significant experience designing acquisition, onboarding and conversion journeys.
  • \n

  • Experience launching or adapting digital products for new markets/geographies.
  • \n

  • Excellent UX, interaction and visual design craft.
  • \n

  • Strong product and commercial thinking, with evidence of measurable outcomes.
  • \n

  • Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity and collaborating with distributed Product teams.
  • \n

  • Experience within healthtech, regulated products or consumer subscription businesses is highly desirable.

\n\n

\n

Your portfolio

\n

A strong portfolio is essential and should demonstrate:

\n

    \n
  • Complex product problems you've personally owned end to end.
  • \n

  • Strong UX, interaction and visual design craft.
  • \n

  • Clear commercial or product impact, including metrics where possible.
  • \n

  • How you've contributed to or evolved design systems.
  • \n

  • How you're using AI within your design process.
  • \n

  • Clear communication of the problem, your decisions and the outcomes — not just polished screens.

\n\n

\n

Please make sure your portfolio is easy to access when applying.
