Product Manager – Voice AI

London (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

There’s a Voice AI product already live.

It’s not working.

That’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a Voice Bot / Conversational AI product that’s been built internally but needs a reset.

This isn’t a “keep things ticking” role.

It’s a step back, rethink, and rebuild properly role.

You’ll define what the product should be, create a clear MVP, and lead it through launch and iteration.

Think less “incremental improvement”

More “what’s the right thing to build in the first place?”

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reassessing the current product and approach
• Defining a new MVP and product strategy
• Building and owning the roadmap + backlog
• Bringing structure to a currently unstructured setup
• Launching into at least one market early on
• Iterating, scaling, and expanding use cases
• Working closely with AI engineers, data teams, and customer operations
• Ultimately defining what this becomes in 2027 and beyond

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proper Product Manager — not just a coordinator.

• Strong fundamentals: roadmap, backlog, delivery ownership
• Comfortable getting hands-on (tickets, UAT, problem-solving)
• Experience working on end-to-end products, ideally in smaller or lean teams
• Able to operate in ambiguity and create clarity
• Focused on outcomes (customer impact, cost, efficiency), not just shipping features

Tech-wise:

• You don’t need to be an engineer
• But you do need to be technically credible with engineers
• Exposure to AI / chatbots / voice / customer platforms is a big plus
