Senior Product Manager - EdTech
Senior Product Manager / Product Director
Our client is a market-leading EdTech business with an established and trusted platform used by thousands of schools across the UK. They're now looking for a commercially minded Product professional to lead product strategy and drive the next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product, commercial and customer thinking.
You'll own the full product roadmap, evolving a well-loved platform while identifying where new products and features create genuine commercial value, and work closely with leadership to shape where the business goes next.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap across the platform
- Lead both new product development and the continuous improvement of existing products
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify genuine commercial opportunity
- Validate ideas before build, ensuring decisions are driven by evidence, customer need and commercial rationale
- Oversee platform integrations, product consolidation and content migration
- Partner with sales, marketing and customer teams to drive adoption, retention and growth
- Make clear, confident decisions on what to build, improve, stop or prioritise
You'll bring:
- A strong Senior Product Manager or Product Director background within SaaS
- Experience taking products to market, not just delivering features
- Commercial fluency across adoption, positioning, pricing and customer growth
- A track record of improving and scaling existing products as well as launching new ones
- Exposure to platform rebuilds, integrations or complex migration projects
- EdTech, education or learning platform experience is highly valued
This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of a market-leading product, one that already has strong customer trust and loyalty, and shape what it becomes next.
