Account Manager | Customer Success | AdTech
We’re partnering with a well-known independent AdTech business looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.
This is a client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, performance management, and building strong relationships across agency and advertiser partners.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly from launch through to reporting and optimisation, while helping drive long-term client success.
The Role
- Own and manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from setup through to delivery, optimisation and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for agency and client stakeholders during live campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and media teams
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Activation, Product and Operations teams to ensure campaigns achieve client objectives
- Deliver campaign insights, reporting and post-campaign analysis to clients
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency across campaign management workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement real-time performance optimisations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within customer success, account management, campaign management or digital advertising operations
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and campaign delivery processes
- Some hands-on experience with ad servers, tracking systems and campaign management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
