Senior Campaign Manager (Client Success team)

We're looking for a confident, proactive Senior Campaign Manager to join a high-performing Customer Success team and help deliver outstanding digital campaigns for big-name brands and agencies.
This role is perfect for someone currently operating at Campaign Manager / Account Manager level who's ready for a step up. You'll be the engine that keeps campaigns moving, clients informed, and the team aligned.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and data-driven campaigns – from briefing and setup through to reporting and insight.
- Build and strengthen relationships with agency and client stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner.
- Work closely with Sales and Activation teams to ensure flawless execution and great results.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practice and helping raise the bar across the team.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years' experience in digital account management, campaign management or customer success (media, AdTech, data or programmatic background needed).
- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and managing clients day-to-day.
- Confident communicator who enjoys presenting, problem-solving and keeping things on track.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with performance data and turning numbers into meaningful stories.
