We're partnering with a fast-growing digital media and technology business that's looking for a Senior Programmatic Activation Manager to join their London team.

You'll take ownership of campaign delivery across managed service and curated programmatic campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, strong performance and exceptional client experience.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative Activation team, you'll oversee campaign setup, optimisation and delivery across multiple digital channels, acting as the operational lead for both clients and internal teams. This role combines technical expertise, commercial awareness and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of managed service and programmatic campaigns
- Oversee campaign setup across DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, verification and tracking platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities and resolving delivery issues.
- Analyse campaign data and reporting to maximise performance against KPIs.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales and agency partners throughout campaign delivery.
- Lead campaign status meetings and provide performance updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign reporting, tracking and attribution are accurate and delivered on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and campaign efficiency.
- Support and mentor junior members of the activation team.
- Recommend revenue growth opportunities within existing campaigns.
About You
- 4+ years' experience within digital campaign management, ad operations, activation or programmatic trading – this can be from Agency, AdTech or Publisher side.
- Experience delivering managed service and programmatic campaigns.
- Hands-on knowledge of leading ad tech platforms including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers and measurement tools.
- The ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
- Exceptional organisational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is highly desirable.
