Campaign Marketing Executive

We’re working with a purpose-led tech business with an ambitious growth trajectory, looking to bring a Campaign Executive into their expanding marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on multi-channel campaigns that make a real impact, both commercially and socially.

About the role: This is a hands-on, project-driven position where you'll be building and delivering B2B campaigns focused on generating high-quality marketing leads. From planning and content ideas through to post-campaign reporting, you’ll play a key role in shaping how prospects engage with the brand.

You’ll work closely with senior marketers, commercial leads, and external partners to ensure campaigns are targeted, measurable, and well-executed, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The day to day:

  • Developing campaign plans to hit clear lead and engagement targets
  • Coordinating internal and external resource to deliver content, email, and event-based campaigns
  • Creating and managing campaign schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Owning campaign build and tracking in Hubspot, ensuring leads are monitored and followed up
  • Reporting on success, cost-efficiency, and conversion performance
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand lead quality and progression
  • Contributing to thought leadership, newsletters, and external PR activities
  • Supporting wider marketing activity, including LinkedIn, web content and SEO-driven initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or campaigns-focused role
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress, LinkedIn and Canva
  • Data-driven with an interest in understanding performance metrics and ROI
  • Curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow your career in B2B marketing
