Role Description
As a Pega Architect, you will lead the design, enhancement and support the Pega-based voucher and workflow platforms. You will define robust, scalable and secure architecture patterns within the Pega ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with Google Cloud Platform services and external APIs. You will oversee upgrade-as-a-service activities, support operational continuity and contribute to decommissioning strategies where required. You will ensure compliance with security standards and embed automation, observability and resilience into the Pega environment.
Preferred Tech Stack Expertise
Pega platform architecture and application design, API integration including Apigee or equivalent, Google Cloud Platform integration, CI/CD practices, PostgreSQL, security and access control frameworks
Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and optimisation of Pega-based solutions

Oversee upgrades, maintenance and operational support activities

Ensure secure integration between Pega, APIs and GCP services

Embed DevOps and automation practices within the Pega delivery life cycle

Provide assurance on scalability, resilience and compliance

Support incident resolution and performance optimisation

Deliver mentoring and structured knowledge transfer to build internal capability
