Permanent, part-time 10-15 hrs per week.
45-55k pro rata to 10-15 hrs per week. (Open to expectations)

This small, growing internationally operating business imports the finest, sustainably sourced Seafood in the world that supplies Europe’s very top Michelin-starred chefs and famous restaurants from exclusive fisheries and communities.
They are the first B Corp certified company in their sector.
They import into Europe and sell at wholesaler and well-known high-end retailer business level, but are also are well established at chef and restaurant level to drive the right brand awareness for their Seafood.
They are Sales, Sales Order / Logistics, Finance, Management and CRM / Marketing people based across Europe. (UK, Netherlands, Germany and Italy).
Financial and CRM Data Analyst role:
They are looking for a highly organised Financial and CRM Data Analyst to support the integration and reporting of their business systems.
The role is focused on connecting and managing data across Xero, Cin7 and HubSpot creating a single source if information for Sales, Stock and Finance.
You’ll manage integrations between Xero, Cin7, HubSpot and Google BigQuery and utilise AI platforms to assist with SQL generation and optimising.
With regards to reporting and dashboard development the role will build automated dashboards using Looker Studio or Power BI.
With analytics experience you’ll deliver reporting on key commercial metrics and provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision making across the business.
Experience in product, FMCG, food, wholesale, distribution or e-commerce environments is a big advantage so you have a good understanding of Gross Margin, Cost of Goods Sold, CAC, LTV and marketing ROI.
This is a small, close-knit working business with teams based across Europe and around the world.
