Infrastructure Team Lead

At the heart of this transformation is their Infrastructure & Technical function, enabling platform reliability, security, speed, and scale.

We're hiring an Infrastructure Leader (hands on) to shape the evolution of our tech estate, from hybrid to multi-cloud, from legacy to automated, from reactive to resilient. A hands-on leadership role combining cloud strategy, platform engineering, operational excellence and people leadership, day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:

• Optimising a hybrid data centre and multi-cloud environment (AWS + Azure)
• Driving platform reliability, automation, observability, incident response
• Leading identity, network, infrastructure, and enterprise tooling at scale
• Evolving infrastructure through DevOps, SRE and cloud-native practices
• Managing risk, compliance, and business continuity for a platform serving millions
• Leading a strong team of engineers across Cloud, Infrastructure & Tech Ops

An overview of the Tech Landscape:

• Cloud: AWS (Core), Azure
• Core Tech: Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, Windows Server, IIS, PowerShell
• Ops & Tooling: Monitoring, Automation (Terraform / scripting), Observability
• Security & Governance: Identity, Access, Compliance, Vulnerability Management
• Enterprise Platforms: O365, SaaS, Networking, Endpoint Management
