We’re hiring a number of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to support a new client with a focus on hiring in the DACH region plus wider EMEA.
This is a Remote role.
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast, with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.
Ideally, you will have had specific experience of Software Engineering (Backend / Full Stack), Product and Site reliability engineering (SRE) type roles.

- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
