We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (think software engineers and product) for a global technology organisation.
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
🔍 What You Bring:
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Track record in Tech hiring in fast paced environments
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
- Build real trust with our client
