📍 Hybrid in London (Min 3 days per week onsite)

📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months - Immediate start!

We’re hiring a number of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to support a new client with a focus on hiring in London for a high-growth scale-up.

This is a Hybrid role with at least 3 days a week onsite.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast, with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client.

Ideally, you will have had specific experience in hiring machine learning engineers who are building something globally.

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
