theo are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive technology company that provides specialist software used by motor dealerships across the UK and internationally.
We are looking to speak with candidates currently working in dealership sales administration roles who would like to move into a more varied and progressive position.
This is an opportunity to use your motor trade sales administration and vehicle administration experience in a completely new way — helping dealerships implement and learn a specialist automotive platform.
No previous training or software implementation experience is required. Full training will be provided.

You will use your existing dealership knowledge to help retailers improve how they manage sales pipelines, vehicles, and customer processes.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting the implementation of a specialist automotive platform within dealerships
• Configuring the system to match dealership sales and vehicle administration processes
• Delivering clear and engaging training sessions to dealership teams
• Training staff on the complete vehicle sales journey, including:
Lead capture and enquiry management
CRM and opportunity pipeline management
Quotations and vehicle orders
Finance & Insurance processes
Compliance requirements
Vehicle delivery and handover
Customer follow-up processes
• Supporting dealerships with vehicle administration processes, including:
Creating vehicles in the system
Bringing vehicles into stock
Costing and invoicing
Vehicle registration processes
• Supporting dealerships through system go-live and transition from legacy systems
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure dealerships get the most from the platform
• Working both remotely and visiting dealerships when required
What we’re looking for
• Experience working in motor trade sales administration or vehicle administration
• Understanding of dealership processes such as:
Sales administration
Vehicle ordering
Vehicle stock management
Invoicing
Registration processes
Sales pipeline administration
• Experience using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Good communication skills and confidence working with people
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel to dealerships when required
