We’re looking for ambitious, motivated Account Executives with technical sales in their DNA to drive new business growth in the UK conveyancing sector. This is a new business role where you’ll own the sales cycle end to end - from identifying prospects and engaging with senior stakeholders to closing high-value deals.

If you’re a consultative salesperson with a strong grasp of the UK PropTech or LegalTech markets and a proven track record of winning and retaining clients, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new business sales into the UK conveyancing market, targeting both large commercial, residential firms and strategic partners.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and build pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level discovery sessions to uncover challenges, needs, and aspirations.
  • Deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations that showcase clear ROI.
  • Develop and test value propositions and hypotheses with prospects, matching the full TM Group portfolio to client pain points and growth objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact through to proposals, PoCs, negotiations, and close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business targets.
  • Feed client and market insights back into the business to shape strategy and product direction.

About you

  • Proven track record in new business sales within a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrable ability of finding and using commercial insights to disrupt status quo, and knowledge and capability of sales methods that drive effective discovery.
  • Evidence of client retention experience, showing ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver product demonstrations and build compelling proposals.
  • Consultative, strategic, and able to map client challenges to tailored solutions.
  • Resilient, driven, and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Nice to have - strong understanding of UK conveyancing processes and the legal sector.
