At Lawtech, we’re redefining how legal professionals manage compliance, onboarding, and digital processes through our industry-leading platform, Verify365.
From digital ID verification and AML checks to e-signatures and secure client onboarding, we help law firms, estate agents, and partners deliver seamless, compliant, and connected client experiences.
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Resellers Account Manager to grow and strengthen our network of strategic partners — including introducers, resellers, and white-label partners. You’ll play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth, supporting partner success, and shaping how Lawtech collaborates across the legal and property sectors.
If you enjoy building long-term relationships, working collaboratively, and creating opportunities for mutual growth, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking LegalTech company.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of partnership revenue targets and deliver consistent, measurable growth.
- Manage and expand Lawtech’s network of key strategic partners and resellers, supporting the law firms and estate agents who work through them.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with introducers and white-label partners to maximise engagement and mutual success.
- Partner with leadership to define strategic growth plans and align on commercial priorities.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities for greater adoption and engagement, developing tailored plans for each partner.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create joint go-to-market campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and events that promote Verify365.
- Manage partner contracts, renewals, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth and positive experiences.
- Represent Lawtech at meetings, industry events, and partner gatherings — online or in person.
- Share feedback and insights with internal teams to support ongoing product and service improvements.
- Contribute to team development by sharing best practices in partnership and relationship management.
About you
- Experience in partnerships, reseller management, or strategic account management, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, LegalTech or professional services.
- Demonstrated success in managing introducer networks, reseller partnerships, or white-label relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of achieving growth through collaborative partnerships.
- Excellent communicator, able to adapt your approach to suit different audiences and build trusted relationships.
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and balancing strategic planning with hands-on relationship work.
- Comfortable interpreting data and using insights to guide decisions and demonstrate value.
- Collaborative and open-minded, working effectively across Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Product teams.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
(If you meet most but not all of the criteria, we’d still encourage you to apply — we value transferable skills and a growth mindset.)
What we offer
- Competitive base salary, plus performance-based OTE up to £100,000.
- 25 days’ holiday (increasing with service), pension, and flexible benefits.
- The opportunity to manage a mature, high-impact partner network and shape Lawtech’s partnership strategy.
- Ongoing professional development and clear pathways for progression.
- The chance to represent a UK-based LegalTech innovator expanding globally
At Lawtech, we’re building technology that helps professionals work smarter, stay compliant, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
If you’re excited about driving growth through meaningful partnerships and want to be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and inclusion — we’d love to hear from you. Apply today.
