Location: Home with monthly travel to Swindon HO Package: £50,000 + full benefits package + bonus
At tmGroup, we’re taking conveyancing into a brighter, smarter, and simpler future with our award-winning technology.
From instant quote tools and seamless onboarding to comprehensive searches and risk management, we use data, technology, and expertise to help our clients move forward with confidence.
We’re looking for an Integration Partner to own the end-to-end partner integration journey as we expand our API-first ecosystem. This commercially focused, product-facing role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
You won’t be writing code—but you will bring the technical credibility to confidently discuss APIs, data flows, and integration models. Crucially, this role allows engineering teams to focus on delivery, whilst you manage early discovery, partner communications, and onboarding—creating structure, clarity, and consistency in how we engage and integrate with our partners.
What you’ll do
Partner Engagement & Discovery
- Lead early-stage conversations with integration partners, covering technical discovery, integration models, data exchange, and onboarding expectations.
- Act as the primary contact for partners during pre-sales and onboarding.
- Capture and document business, commercial, and functional requirements.
- Facilitate feasibility discussions with Engineering and Architecture—providing clarity without owning design or build.
Integration Pipeline & Prioritisation
- Maintain visibility of the integration pipeline, tracking requests, readiness, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide prioritisation inputs into Product and Delivery planning.
- Manage partner expectations around timelines, sequencing, and delivery approaches.
Scoping, Costing & Commercial Inputs
- Prepare initial integration scopes, assumptions, and effort inputs.
- Work with Engineering and Architecture in an advisory capacity to shape estimates.
- Support Sales with clear documentation on integration models, constraints, and delivery options.
- Ensure integrations are correctly categorised (standard, enhanced, bespoke).
Documentation & Catalogue Ownership
- Own partner-facing onboarding materials: integration guides, checklists, prerequisites, and data requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date integration catalogue outlining supported partners and capabilities.
- Ensure all documentation evolves with our API-first platform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central liaison between Sales, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Application Support.
- Translate commercial and partner needs into structured, delivery-ready inputs.
- Ensure handovers into Engineering are complete, consistent, and well defined.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout onboarding and ongoing partner activity.
- Coordinate escalation paths and communication flows when issues arise.
- Continuously improve the partner integration experience and identify opportunities to scale and enhance our ecosystem.
About you
- Technically credible, commercially minded professional with experience in software, SaaS, or platform environments.
- Confident discussing APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and feasibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in requirements definition, structured documentation, and creating clear scopes and user stories.
- Comfortable supporting pre-sales conversations and shaping early-stage integration discussions.
- Organised, structured, and proactive—able to build frameworks and processes from the ground up.
- Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into clear, accessible language.
- Relationship-driven—able to build trust with partners and internal teams alike.
- Forward-thinking—focused not just on solving today’s challenges but identifying future opportunities.
Desirable:
- Experience in Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Partner/Manager roles.
- Exposure to API gateways, authentication models (e.g., OAuth), and API-first strategies.
- Experience with third-party integrations, CMS platforms, or partner ecosystems.
What we offer
- Circa £50,000 + full benefits + bonus
- Remote-first working with occasional travel to Swindon HQ
- 25 days holiday (increasing with service) and holiday purchase scheme, private health (after qualifying period), pension, life assurance
- Flexible benefits scheme covering financial, wellness, legal, and medical support
- Rewards platform with a wide range of perks and options
- Opportunity to shape and own a brand-new function with scope to grow into a broader Integrations capability
- Collaborative environment where Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams work closely together
- Play a key role in scaling our API-first integration strategy and partner ecosystem
